Managing Product Requirements

Will your product requirements make it to the next release? Would the chances that it would have been increased if you had been able to map it out?

One of more challenging aspects of product management can be ensuring that all the requirements are being met. With the help of special software, it is possible to map out your requirements, and integrate them into your development and release cycle. Being able to map it all out, and track the progress of the product, can be a great help for most product managers.

There is a great past webinar addressing this issue of managing product requirements, and taking you through a software program that can help you do this better.
