Jeremy SorefJeremy Soref
Senior Product Manager, Software DRM
Aladdin Knowledge Systems

As a product or marketing manager, your major motivation is to provide your customers value for a price that brings profit. In today’s competitive software industry, you need to quickly adapt to constantly changing markets; offer compelling products and solutions that target broader and more segmented markets; aggressively extend market reach and penetration; and provide your customers with additional and more attractive options for purchasing your software—all without impacting your operating margins or the bottom line.
Give your customers what they want to buy using powerful business tools that empower you to quickly bundle features into new product configurations, as well as the ability to implement and enforce innovative licensing models on-the-fly—without involving R&D to make changes to the source code.
Learn how to:
• More quickly respond to changing market conditions and customer buying preferences while avoiding costly R&D cycles
• Seize opportunities to gain competitive advantage
• Maximize flexibility in packaging, pricing, and positioning your products
• Enter new markets and increase penetration into existing markets
• Increase organizational efficiencies
Jeremy Soref will illustrate through actual use cases, how publishers are trending toward the use of innovative software copy protection and licensing schemes to minimize disruptions to development and business processes and actually enable revenue growth and increased margins. He will touch on how role-based tools and processes allow your entire organization to focus on their core competencies and allow you to manage and market your software more effectively.
